Great session tonight at the Assembly Rooms. As an instructor you can’t ask for anything more than when your students give 100%.

Air conditioning does not seem to have reached Ludlow’s Assembly Rooms yet and it was hot in there tonight, damn hot – it was like bikram Wing Chun Dynamics but the guys didn’t complain, didn’t use the heat as an excuse and just trained hard and stayed focussed on what we were all there for.
Fantastic effort from everyone at the club tonight and great to see some more new faces.
